Helena has spent the last 12 months as an ERCIM postdoctoral fellow in the centre. She has contributed to the Supple project as well as put in work in the General Interaction Models group. Mattias is a full time research assistant and Ph.D Student at SICS/Mobile Life with a background in engineering physics and complex adaptive systems, currently focusing on human-robot interaction. In 2008 he worked with the American based robotics company Ugobe for three months based on a personal grant from Stiftelsen för Strategisk Forskning. Since 2008 Mattias is working in the European funded LIREC project focusing on studying aspects of companionship, developing new study methods and novel interaction models e.g. the ActDresses design concept - programming and controlling digital devices by dressing, personalizing and accessorizing.
